Continental ContiSportContact 3 195/40 R17 81 V XL, FR, #

I already bought Continental ContiSportContact 3 for the second time. Once again I'm very satisfied. Best tyres I ever had. In the past I used to test tyres on some big empty space, like empty parkings for instance, just to check how they performs when it comes to drive fast and turn immedietely for example. I'm not proffesional race driver but for sure I'm experienced one. I didn't do it for some time but I decided to test this Continental model like that, so I did. Excellent tyre I have to say. I didn't know what high quality tyre it is when I had my first set of them. After my test I realized what premium class really means nowadays. Perfect grip and traction. Stunning control on the vehicle for the whole time. If tyre can handle some crazy manovers like that it means it is really safe for everyday use and this is the most important for me personally. I'm surprised that this model is not produced any more. There is next generation of this but I'm a big fan on Continental ContiSportContact 3 and I'm really happy that it is still possible to get them. I used them on the track, during many travels on curvy roads and for everyday use as well. They are still in good condition afer so many miles of not always calm driving. Perfect grip on dry asphalt. Great control when speeding. If it will be still possible I will buy this model once again in the future for sure. Recommended for everybody who likes fast driving. Read more Collapse

This is my second set of Continental tyres and first one of this particular model. I drove about 6000 miles on them now. Continental ContiSportContact 3 performs ideally on dry surface. Braking and tracktion (two the most important attributes for me) are excellent. I had no opportunity to test them on some heavy weather conditions to be honest but I'm quite sure that there would be no problems. Tyres are great either on dry and wet road. This model has perfect traction, decent driving comfort and nice noise level. I used some other premium class tyres and they were not so good as Continentals. I think that there is some influence from my car which is Mercedes SL500 into my opinion. However Continental ContiSportContact 3 in some sizes is approved for my vehicle by a manufacturer. I'm pretty sure that this model would perform excellent on any car same as on the Mercedes. I had exactly the same tyre model previously and bought it once again for my Passat. I must admit they are sensational. Good tire for aggressive driving and for calm drivers as well. Ideal for dry and wet asphalt. Really good aquaplanning resistance. Very stable and confident during fast driving - even about 145 mph. Tyre has low rolling resistance and is not noisy.
