Fortuna Winter

I bought Fortuna Winter tyres with fear, because it was my first purchase from Oponeo. The tyres are very cheap, but they are not much worse than the premium class ones. Obviously performances are way better on premium class tyres, but if it comes to the price, these tyres are outstanding. I had no problems with them while driving in wet and snow, the grip was excellent. I will definetely recommend these tyres to everyone who think about getting some cheap tyres. Good tyres. I did all winter with them. On wet surface it is better to look out and slow down. However, if it comes to mud and snow, these tyres perform very good. I did not have any problems with getting out from deep snow and I heve never had the felling of loosing control of my car. Fortuna Winter is not so quiet, but for this price there is nothing to complaint about. The treadwear after doing 13000 miles is minor. I do recommend. Read more Collapse

The tyres were fitted to the alloy wheels. I did 5000 miles. The only drawback is balancing. I will say that dynamic balancing qould be better. Between 75-80mph there were vibrations, but I did not fight with it because i rarely drive with that speed in winter. Comparing Fortuna Winter to some more expensive tyres I do not see any significant difference. Definetely the tyres I can recommend for winter for good price. Read more Collapse

I bought tyres for winter 2010/2011. The tyres are really soft, but they have no problems with performing in wet and snow conditions. What was interesting, Fortuna Winter had no problems with getting out of deep snow and with dealing with steep slopes. There were no problems with balancing and for this price I will definetely recommend them for people who consider buying something cheaper with no lack of quality. Read more Collapse

Fortuna Winter 205/50 / R17 BMW 330D. Front set. No problems in high velocities. I have also a pair of Nokians, and they are not even as good as Fortuna ones.
