So far I have travelled about 10k km and the tyres are not too worn, confident while driving on dry and in the wet conditions. Compared to the previous (Michelin and Sunny) I found a slight decrease in fuel consumption. I noticed that while driving with a speeds of 120 km / h on sharp corners or roundabout 80 km/h and with a loose and dynamic guide resilient. Frequently also made trip in mountain roads; although off road wear increases, they can take the car (mine weighs 2.35 tonnes) without undue effort.
I bought Ling Long Greenmax looking at the price and reviews. I have them for 4 months and I did 7000 miles mainly on German highways and in the city. My experience is positive, the tyre is quiet. The comfort of driving is very high and I feel safe. On wet surface and on turns the car is like glued to the road. I recommend this tyre to anyone. In Ford Fusion these tyres are awesome. My mark is 8/10
Ling Long Greenmax is a good looking tyre in my opinion, also gives good performance of one of the best brand of tires, but less than half the price. I am very happy with them and will make the tyre of my choice whenever I need to replace, I can not blame them and I recommend them with pleasure to any person who drives a vehicle of smaller standard size or family.
Pretty good tyres. I have done 5000 miles on them, and I did not face any problems. Ling Long Greenmax are not comparable to the premium brands, but the performances are good. The tyre behaves stable and the grip is ok. It is also very good in rainy days. I can definetely recommend this tyre to those who could not spend much money for premium brand tyres.
Ling Long Greenmax were not my first choice, but i love the little amount of noise they create. Also there was no problem with balancing and fitting them. The grip is ok, but it could be better. There is slight issue with their softness, but because of it, the grip is better.
Ling Long Greenmax 175/65 R14 86 T XL
Ling Long Greenmax is a summer tyre designed for passenger cars. This economy-class tyre will meet the expectations of drivers looking for tyres with a good value for money ratio. It ensures a balanced performance on any type of surface and behaves well in any weather conditions.
Ling Long Greenmax is based on a rubber compound with the addition of silica. This translates into the lower weight of the tyre and, consequently, a reduced rolling resistance. With this, the model helps to limit fuel consumption and its carbon dioxide footprint. The rubber compound features high flexibility in a wide range of temperatures. It remains stiff even on hot days, which translates into a maintained driving stability.
Ling Long Greenmax is distinguished by a long lifespan. This is due to the even distribution of ground pressures acting against the tread surface. The tyre wears out evenly across its entire area, which translates into a feeling of comfort and safety, even after travelling a long distance.
The designers of Greenmax used a symmetrical tread pattern. The two independent sections are responsible for different types of performance. Its lower risk of aquaplaning is due to the quick drainage of water and mud from under the crown ply, as well as efficient drying of the tread. The wide grooves ensure a very high grip, even in adverse weather conditions.
Ling Long is a Chinese tyre brand. From their beginning in 1975, they weren involved not only in manufacturing but also tyre repair. Since 2000, they have focused only on the development of tyres intended for passenger cars, lorries and even agricultural machines. Although the company gains its highest turnover from its domestic market, they have become increasingly popular all over the world. This is thanks to their products having a good value for money ratio. Optimum parameters, high performance and safety are the features which affect the growing interest for Ling Long products.
Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale.
A class (green) stands for the best fuel efficiency rating (=the lowest rolling resistance).
G class (red) marks the worst fuel efficiency rating (= the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and fume emission, therefore the lower the resistance, the lower fuel consumption and exhaust fume emission is.
Wet grip is the tyre’s ability to adhere to the road in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on one aspect of wet grip – wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G:
A class stands for the best braking performance, whereas G class stands for the worst braking performance. It is one of the crucial parameters which influence the road safety.
Tyres contribute to the level of external noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a low noise level rating will lower the influence of your driving on the surrounding environment.
