Is shopping online secure?

Our website is fully secured, we don’t hold any of your card details on file and they are not stored on a server so be assured that your card details cannot be obtained. If you are not too fond of submitting you card details online you can pay by bank transfer.

Are my tyres fully guaranteed?

The tyres available at our website are all new, of full value and are under manufacturer’s warranty.

 

I've ordered the wrong tyre size by mistake what do I do?

It's your responsibility to check that the tyre size you have ordered is the correct fitment for your vehicle. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to help you, please call customer services on 01 968 2503.
If you would like Oponeo.ie to collect the goods from you, we will have to charge you 15Euro / tyre. The goods will be only accepted when non-used/non-fitted to your vehicle/ not damaged.

 

What does the price of my new tyre(s) include?

There is no hidden extras. Price includes VAT. Delivery is free of charge. 

 

How long does delivery take?

The normal delivery time for an existing order is 5 working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 5 working days. When the goods are sent out, you will receive notification by e-mail.

 

Will I have to pay additionally for delivery?

Our products are delivered free of charge to customers anywhere within Ireland.

 

Where can I have my tyres delivered to?

Orders can be delivered directly to your home address, we can deliver to the same address to which the invoice is sent or we can deliver to an alternative address at our discretion.

 

DOT – What is the date of production of the tyres which you offer?

Additional advantage of Oponeo.ie is proper tyres storage and their huge rotation, which enables us to sell 90% of the tyres with the production date lower than 1 year.

In the case that in spite of our best efforts the tyres bought by a customer are older than 36 months, we offer the customer a choice: we will either take back the tyre at our own expense or offer the customer a discount for tyres which are older than 36 months.

 

When and how will I receive the proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase (confirmation of sale) or the VAT invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

 

Does Oponeo store my credit card details or account information by which payment is made?

No. Oponeo does not store any credit card information, PIN or bank account information. Card data are transmitted only to the system (Paypal).

 

Do the electronic payments entail additional fees?

No. We do not charge any additional fees for electronic transactions. You only pay for the goods and delivery is always free.
