    Opinion from outside IE

Having limited funds and wanting to buy new 4x4 summer tyres, I decided on Baruma. I had read some reviews about them beforehand. They were divergent and did not help me much. I took a chance. I drove about 15000 on them this season, mainly on the road, but also partly off-road. I am satisfied with the low noise (practically silent), and the overall road behaviour (the car drives confidently and reactions are immediate without any slipping). It looks a little worse on uneven surfaces, when hitting a pothole I can hear a relatively loud knock and feel a large bounce. I can't blame the shock absorbers because the car is relatively new (I put on Barums when it was six months old). I've just changed them for winter ones and put the summer ones in storage at the garage where I changed them. The mechanic had no comments. Read more Collapse

I recommend this tyre to everyone. Before the purchase, I wondered whether the purchase of an economy-class tyre was justified and whether the saying that "the thrifty one pays twice" would not come true. It turned out that my fears about the quality of BARUM tyres were completely unfounded. They work superbly both in the dry and in the wet. I recommend to everyone a great alternative to tyres of well-known manufacturers, provided that they are not mounted to cars such as Porsche Cayen Turbo or other cars with high power. With 170 km on my tires, they work great. Read more Collapse

Like everyone else, I have been thinking for a long time about buying the right tyres. A friend recommended the Barum Bravuris, but I wasn't convinced because of the considerable difference in price between them and "first class" tyres. I decided to take a chance and after a few thousand kilometres I can safely say that the tyres are excellent. The car handles the road very well, there is no noise, the tyres discharge water very well. I recommend it to everyone, it is really worth it. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

I drove a whole season on them (Sorento 4x4). I am extremely satisfied. The noise level is normal, they are faultless, and they grip well both in the wet and in the dry. Small disadvantages - they are soft and can wear quickly (although after one season you can't see any significant wear), they squeak in corners and because of the large/high profile they are not comfortable when driving in curves. There have been problems with these tyres from the start. Despite being balanced several times in different garages, I can still feel some vibrations and run-outs, as if the tyre is not uniform, or as if it has been patched in several places... Either I have a defective tyre or "this is the type"... The original KUMHO were definitely better. Read more Collapse
