I have transferred my review from a public forum. I have decided to buy the Pirelli SnowControl 3 tyres, which price was really good taking into consideration their quality. I have done almost 1,500 miles on them and they are fabulous! Even during slowing down from max speed in low temperatures they provided me with a stable handling. The ABS system did not have to activate. I am still waiting for a serious winter conditions so I will be able to test these tyres precisely. I can say that the tyres are very good in corners both in wet and dry weather conditions. They provide a great grip in snow and slush. The only drawback is the higher fuel consumption but from I know all winter tyres contribute to an increased onsumption of fuel so it is rather normal. I do recommend the Pirelli SnowControl Serie III tyres. From my perspective, they are great in snow. The braking distance is short and very good. Even moving off in the deepest snow is not an obstacle at all. The tyres are not so good in rainy conditions but they are still giving a feeling of safety. I have a second car and if I was looking for another set of winter tyres, I would go for the Pirelli SnowControl Serie III again. I think that these tyres are awesome and safe. Read more Collapse
