I have been driving on Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for some time now and am very satisfied. The tyres have a good grip on the road - both on dry and wet tarmac. The car handles confidently and braking is very effective. On top of that, they are surprisingly quiet and comfortable for a sports tyre. You can see that this is a high-end product - quality and durability go hand in hand with performance here. The price may not be the lowest, but in my opinion it is fully justified. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys dynamic driving and expects maximum car control. More >

For me, no premium class. I bought these tyres with lower noise in mind, but was sadly disappointed. Having old, worn 2009 Kumho tyres I didn't feel any difference, in fact I would say the old ones were better (and I'm not joking now). And I would also mention the softness of the tyre, well they feel stiff and the car is a Passat after all, so the tyres are to blame. I'm sure the car is fine, it's been checked. I wouldn't buy them again. I suspect the fault is that they are made in Poland, which no one mentioned to me, they are not the Michelins they used to be. More >

The 4 tyres purchased from Michelin are a real showpiece. They are a revelation in the dry and very good in the wet. I've only done 2,000 miles on them, but I can't see any wear. In bends they grip the asphalt as if they were glued on. The tyre is very quiet even at higher speeds. The tyres are very quiet, even at higher speeds, but they are worth every penny. I also buy Michelin winter tyres. I RECOMMEND. More >

From its new launch to its authorised wear level, the MICHELIN Alpin 6 in size 205/55 R16 91H exceeds the wet grip threshold laid down in UNECE Regulation No. 117. 3PMSF certification for a new tyre and excellent traction on snow up to the wear limit. Acceleration/traction tests on snow carried out by TÜV SÜD in December 2017. Tyres with an acceptable level of wear (last kilometre) are tyres with tread worn down to the tread wear indicator level in accordance with EEC Regulation No. 30 (ECE R30r03f). In all cases, please observe the local regulations for winter tyres.
