I was wondering if should I order some more expensive tyre model but finally I decided for Imperial Snowdragon HP. I can not regret. Of course it is not perfect but I do not really need that. This tyre covers my needs fully. I am not the only user of the vehicle and opinion of the other drivers is the same. Good product but probably would be not enough for some more difficult travels for example. Fitter had a problem to balance one of them but it is kind of normal, could happen even withy some top brands. It can be recommended for a drivers who does not expect too much.

If you are not experienced driver I would advise to drive calmly and slowly. Imperial Snowdragon HP is not premium class product so you need to keep it in mind especially when a weather is not the best. It serves its purpose on dry roads with no problem though. I rather can not recommend it for beginner drivers who needs to use it for some longer distances on rainy days but it is the main issue. All other things about this tyre are all right. I need to say that I am really surprised how good it performs for just normal city driving. Good quality for the decent price.

Imperial Snowdragon HP is really good. I use it on commercial vehicle. Deliberately I have exteneded the winter season a bit just to check how they will perform in some higher temperatures and it was absolutely fine. Definietely will buy next set and it will be enough for few years I guess. Recommended.

I drove about 8k miles so far on Imperial Snowdragon HP. I am satisfied but I need to admit that when there is a lot of snow on the road I rather refuse driving. Probably I would do the same with some better tyres fitted though. Recommended for someone who does not want to spend to much money.

Very good product. I have it fitted on the front axle. Imperial Snowdragon HP provides really good traction and sens of safety. I would like to recommend the Oponeo.co.uk also - the website is easy to use, gives a good descripion of a product and all necesseary details are available quickly.

Imperial Snowdragon HP 185/65 R14 86 T

The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

Imperial Snowdragon HP are winter tyres of economic class intended for passenger cars of higher power. The model is characterised with modern structure. Transverse and longitudinal lamellas in directional thread design cling into snow and maintain grip on after snow mud. Grooves drain the water and mud securing against aquaplaning and improve control of the car during rain and thaw.

Using Snowdragon HP tyres, you will control the car in difficult and dynamically changing winter conditions. You will not be surprised by sudden rain, snow or frost. Irregardless of the weather, you may travel feeling completely safely. It will translate to comfort and pleasure of driving. Starting will be no problem - same as braking or manoeuvring. Sudden obstacles on the road should also be no problem for these tyres.

Model Snowdragon HP is manufactured of a modern rubber mixture, which maintains flexibility even in very low temperatures, which allows to maintain properties of the tyre under extreme cold conditions.

  • E
  • C
  • 70 dB
E C 70 dB

Fuel efficiency (rolling resistance)

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. A class (green) stands for the best fuel efficiency rating (=the lowest rolling resistance). G class (red) marks the worst fuel efficiency rating (= the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and fume emission, therefore the lower the resistance, the lower fuel consumption and exhaust fume emission is.

We grip

Wet grip is the tyre’s ability to adhere to the road in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on one aspect of wet grip – wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G: A class stands for the best braking performance, whereas G class stands for the worst braking performance. Noise level

Tyres contribute to the level of external noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a low noise level rating will lower the influence of your driving on the surrounding environment.
