We would like everyone to be able to shop conveniently in our shop. That is why we make efforts to ensure the digital accessibility of our services.

On this page, we provide information on the status of digital accessibility in accordance with the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring that operators meet the accessibility requirements for certain products and services.

The purchase service via oponeo.ie is partially compliant with digital accessibility requirements.

The accessibility assessment was carried out on the basis of a digital accessibility audit carried out by the Fundacja Widzialni and a self-assessment based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines for compliance with Level A and AA.

Scope of assessment

For the purposes of the accessibility assessment, the site was divided into two main functional scopes:

Pages offering a sales service or related to the purchasing process - hereafter referred to as the purchasing process.

Other sections of the website not related to the sales service - non-purchasing pages.

The digital accessibility assessment focuses on the purchase path, i.e. the elements of the site through which the electronic sales service is delivered.

Based on the assessment, we take corrective action to ensure that the service complies with digital accessibility requirements.

Keyboard Shortcuts

We have added a shortcut to quickly open and close an additional menu: ‘Ctrl + M’ on Windows and ‘Cmd + M’ on macOS.

Addressing accessibility complaints

Any consumer has the right to complain about the failure to provide digital accessibility requirements. 

You can report a complaint regarding the lack of digital accessibility of our website:

  • electronically: via the report form on this page or by sending an email to: eaa@oponeo.ie
  • verbally: by telephone on +353 01 699 4151 or at the company's main office in
  • writing: by hand or post to Oponeo.ie, Podleśna 17, Bydgoszcz 85-145.

The complaint should include:

  • name of the complainant,
  • contact details (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number or postal address), with an indication of the preferred form of contact
  • an indication of the location of the problem e.g. website address 
  • an indication of the accessibility requirement that the service does not meet, with a request to ensure that it is met and optionally the preferred method of resolution

A complaint which does not contain the indicated information shall be left unaddressed

We shall respond to your application as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receipt. If this deadline is too short for us, we will inform you. In this information we will give a new deadline, which should not be longer than 2 months.
