Asymmetric tyres are models fitted with an asymmetric tread. The top layer of rubber is divided into two parts, an inner and an outer part. This design concept provides versatile performance - the outer side of the tyre is responsible for stability on dry roads, the inner side for water discharge.
It is important to note that asymmetric tyres cannot be fitted freely, they must be fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
