As a woman who commutes to work every day and drives her child to school regardless of the weather, I know how important good winter tyres are. There is no room for compromise in winter. Since I fitted new Continental winter tyres, I can really feel the difference. The car grips the road even in snow and slush. I feel that the car responds better and driving is more predictable. An AWESOME tyre for snow conditions!!! For a trip to the mountains, it worked perfectly. I had great fun driving down the mountain's snowy serpentines. Simply excellent traction when accelerating, braking as well as cornering. Moderately quiet, which is also very important to me. This is the second Continental winter tyre I have used. Previously, they were the TS 860, and this time I opted for the latest model. They have already been tested this year on all surfaces, mainly at motorway speeds, and the test results have been confirmed in reality. The tyres grip the road very well in all conditions. Great tyres, I highly recommend them. I replaced the economical ones that came with the car and I think I couldn't have made a better choice. The car grips wet surfaces well at sub-zero temperatures and motorway speeds (I mainly drive on the motorway). My previous tyres skidded everywhere, these only skid occasionally. I highly recommend these tyres. Although I looked for a very long time, I ended up with those very good tyres. They handled the harshest weather conditions; in my opinion, compared to medium-shelf tyres, they’re great value for money. One of the tyres had external damage, which became apparent when the wheel was inflated. I had to buy a fifth tyre to use the car. Shipping of the returned tyre was free, and after a few days it was deemed justified, although no one was found at fault. Read more Collapse
