The Michelin Alpin 7 is the new generation of winter tyres that will provide you and your loved ones with the highest level of safety during this difficult season. Equipped with the manufacturer's latest technology, the tyre offers not only a high level of driving comfort but also fantastic performance. Most importantly, the tyres ensure full control of the vehicle on any winter surface. The model is suitable for installation in passenger cars as well as hybrid and electric cars.
Tread for special tasks
The tyre owes its excellent handling culture to the improved herringbone tread pattern compared to its predecessor. The increased number of sipes is responsible for the rapid and efficient drainage of snow and mud from in front of the tyre. You also gain the guarantee of sensational grip and full control of the vehicle, whether on snow-covered or slush-covered roads. During acceleration or more violent manoeuvres, we can be sure that the car will remain stable and that we will not lose control of it. The use of a silica-rich rubber compound further improves the tyre's traction and adaptability to difficult road conditions.
Outstanding durability
The latest offering from the Alpin family has been designed with the ultimate mileage in mind. All thanks to the multi-layer tread. As the successive layers wear down, the evolutionary grooves open up, so that they retain their full handling characteristics throughout the life of the tyre. In this way, we are guaranteed that it will be reliable in every subsequent season.
Energy saving
The Alpin 7 has been designed with not only safety but also economy in mind. The combination of a silica-rich rubber compound and a tread pattern that ensures full tyre contact with the road results in outstanding energy efficiency. Such low rolling resistance makes it possible to significantly prolong the performance of electric and hybrid cars on a single charge. Owners of combustion cars will also quickly notice an improvement in fuel consumption.
