Opel Vivaro

The Opel Vivaro is a light commercial van manufactured by Opel, a former subsidiary of General Motors. It shares its platform with the Renault Trafic, with both models assembled at the GM plant in Luton, England. First introduced in 2001, the Vivaro quickly gained recognition, earning the prestigious "International Van of the Year 2002" award less than a year after its launch. The Vivaro is available in two body lengths and two roof heights, offering flexibility to suit various business needs. It also comes in two different gross vehicle weight (GVW) options. Under the bonnet, the Vivaro features a range of modern diesel engines that comply with Euro 5 emissions standards and come equipped with a standard particulate filter. The engine lineup includes four powertrains, such as the 2.0 CDTI with 84 kW (115 hp) and the 2.5 CDTI with 146 hp. These engines are paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring Easytronic technology, which helps reduce fuel consumption by up to 6%. With its largest configuration, the Vivaro offers a maximum cargo volume of 8.4 m³ and a payload capacity of up to 1,210 kg. Its practicality is enhanced by the Flex-Fix system, which allows cargo to be securely fastened to the side walls. Designed with driver comfort in mind, the Vivaro features easy access to the cabin, a dashboard-mounted gear lever for improved space, and a highly responsive power steering system. Additional features include electric windows, cruise control, an AUX-in port, remote control for the satellite navigation system, extensive adjustability for the driver’s seat and steering column, and automatic air conditioning. The cabin also boasts over 11 different storage compartments, making it ideal for commercial use.

The standard tyre size for the Opel Vivaro is 195/65 R16.
