I highly recommend Dębica Passio. With my purchase, I compared the parameters of the different tire manufacturers (adhesion, noise) and I found that Debica tires are doing better, and more are among the cheapest on the market. Even if they are better in the Seicento, and therefore will not be the difference - so why pay more. Reading reviews from users who have poor adhesion ("run like skating ...") has strongly denied this. I had a lot of events and Debica did not disappoint me. And I noticed less grip in the wet, when the tread was limiters equal (not surprising, therefore, that the tire can not drain water effectively if you do not have shoes).
