From my point of view these tyres are my best tyres ever. I've had difficult times in the snow, got stuck for several times and they did not let me down. Definitely, these tyres will get you through the winter. Also dry highway grip was fine. Perfect grip on dry, good on wet. Excellent tyres in snow and very good on cold roads. I cannot see myself ever driving in winter without appropriate tyres again. Maybe they are quite expensive but for the levels of grip they are more than worth it. I would recommend to a friend.
