The old tyres I had, I had them for 7 years and I've never used them since they were new so I cannot make any comparison. Falken FK 453 tyres behave well on dry surface, unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try them on wet. The profile is pretty high, the rubber itself is quite soft. I think that if you take the cost into consideration you end up with a really good choice especially for people like me which make only 3- 4 thousand miles per year.
