The tires behave very well on the road, even on poor quality roads for our eastern border. They do well in the mountains and on the ground. I do not remember to turn on ABS at sharp braking. The Goodyear Efficientgrip Compact act very predictably so i'm more than content with them. They are quite aggressive when breaking. You can hear them a bit but in this cas it's probably the rough asphalt which is at fault (driving on it to and from work). On a smooth road the noise vanishes. Too soon to say anything about treadwear rate cause it's a few months since i fitted those and drove less than 2000 miles. I even had opportunity to chceck those on snow for 2 days (it was during march) and they don't do well in such conditions. Fantastic for dry and wet but since it's a summer tyre don't expect they'll do well on snow.
