Initially, I bought a spare set of 17 "wheels for my old Merc off ebay, they came up with these tires with a few mm in the left lane working, so I though I Rag stupid refurbing front wheels. J ' have a local favorite roundabout, which is actually oval, and I love to slip around him there is nobody about to tell me off. I'm amazed at how much grief that I could give these tires and how long they lasted, though he acted like I stole it. When they break traction, they very gradually oversteer is easily controlled even by a rank amateur like me. So I bought a new complete set of 4. I just replaced the rear after 25K miles, all kinds of conduct, including a few thousand on German motorways. I regularly do 110 mph then 130 mph if my wife is asleep, and max to 147 mph last summer. These tires have been rock solid all the time. I expect the front tires will 30K before I change. in the wet that they perform as in the dry, but everything happens sooner they can pull violently if you hit a big puddle -. the tread is quite old. I hooned on gravel roads, hit massive suspension bending potholes, the kerbed, spun them until they smoke, essentially very, very cruel to them and they have not let me down . They are not the most grippy I ever had, but for a long life and their ability to absorb all kinds of punishments bad - overall, I think they are the best I've ever had.
