I usually purchase expensive Dunlop or good brand tyres. These tyres have impressed me. I drive a decent car with lots of power. The weather in Ireland is mostly wet. Last week we had snow and ice. These tyres were every bit as good as the top brands. The car never slides. I have no problems driving around roundabouts even when wet.If I was putting myself, my family or my beloved car at risk I would take these tyres off straight away.

In spite of multiple disfavourable opinions about these tyres (particularly when it comes to their grip on the wet), I decided to purchase four pieces in size 195/40R17. I feel these tyres perform very well on both dry and in the wet. I drove on them several thousand kilometers so far and cannot say anything bad about them. Both on a trip and during usage in the city they are not noisy. Recommended!

I recommend Nankang AS 1 195/40 / R17, they are really great. Car on both wet and dry road keeps traction perfectly, low profile on the rim looks beautiful, driving is quiet and pleasant. For this money, these are truly worth recommending and for the future season I will definitely purchase nankangs AS1 for new alloy wheels.
