Not sure if I can recommend for anyone. It seems that especially wet grip could be better and I think that it is important for not experienced drivers. It happened to me that I lost a bit of control of the vehicle on the wet asphalt during cornering. Nothing really big and scary but you need to know how to handle it. Of course, it can happen with every tyre but I had impression that some premium brand would not act this way in this particular situation. Dry grp is alright. Fuel efficiency as well, ok. Noise level - everyone have different opinion so it is hard to say something objectively.
