Before buying tires Nexen Winguard Sport I read a lot of opinions because I did not know this brand! Tires are very good on snow, ideal in the mountains, On the way, unfortunately, they are a bit noisy .. . but ke recommended as same :-))

A tire (Nexen Winguard Sport) quality at a very rasionable price! I was pleasantly surprised, I did not expect such quality! Tires are doing very well on wet asphalt, and I am pleasantly surprised! A little worse when starting on wet asphalt ... I think their biggest advantage are the tensile properties of snow and slush. As for the disadvantages, one can notice the noise enough important.The tire wears fairly quickly (more tread is worn more noise is important)

If these tires Nexen Winguard Sport had been shod since December, they used them in the United Kingdom and in the Alps. Good grip on the dry (certainly not as good as the summer tires) and wet and very good on the snow. I will use them every winter from now on.

Nexen Winguard Sport are perfectly competent winter tyres. Sure, there are better out there and the Kumho KW15 I used to use were certainly grippier on snow and slush but I'm perfectly content with the performance of these tyres for the price paid. They are approximately half the price of the premium winter tyres I had before and are still considerably better than running summer tyres in winter conditions.

Not so much on the hot asphalt and dry, but why would they? Just grip on wet roads and excellent grip in slush and both fresh and compacted snow. I recommend these tires for winter and would definitely buy again.

Tires used for winter only. Change during the spring and fall. Previous pair lasted two winters on the front wheels without lack of grip on snow, slush. Not met a lot of ice. No significant differences in any performance category with summer tires. Very good tire at a reasonable cost.
