I have no warranty claims about the tyres themselves or the driving experience, but Pirelli's approach to complaints and policy is simply a disaster; the complaint was, of course, rejected. From what I have found out, the standard in this company is to shift the blame to others, claiming the defect was caused by improper tyre pressure. The tyre on the car had covered about 3000 km. The defect appeared when switching to winter tyres. From the moment it was installed until it was replaced, the tyre pressure was correct, as confirmed by the logs from the car's tyre pressure monitoring system. For what is supposedly the best tyre this company offers and additionally reinforced, it is simply a disgrace.
