Toyo R1R - User reviews

The Toyo R1R is a great tyre at a relatively affordable price. Personally I used it in amateur sport. It works wonderfully on wet or heavily "dirty" pavement. Surprisingly good on dry conditions at low temperatures (+ 3/5 degrees) R1R is not suitable for extreme driving at high temperatures. It is easy to overheat it, which significantly lowers the grip. The tyre is very soft and wears fast enough, but I do not consider it being fault. High stability in curvy roads gives a sense of security. To sum it up, the Toyo R1R is a great tyre but you have to be a level-headed driver for it. Best quality a money can buy!

A pneumatic tire as claimed in widespread use and a wide range in which it can operate. I highly recommend!

Tires used in Polo 1,9TDi 200PS engine +, so the most important thing was like the best grip while maintaining comfort. As for now to say that pony combine features important to me, and what is important at an affordable price.

Certainly better than the T1R. On a comparable basis for Dry Max Sport RT, the wet Danlopy hold better.

Toyo R1R is a very good tyre, for amateur sport, provides good grip on dry, wet and soiled surfaces. It allows you to feel the car well. Best in temperatures of up to about 23 degrees, above that there may be problems in the sports driving associated with skidding. It wears down moderately fast depending on the surface it's being driven on. These tyres have a good compromise between price and quality are cheaper and a little worse than Toyo R888 but last longer.

Toyo R1R are very good grip in rain and dry asphalt, but during hot days and fast driving it can overheat resulting in poor traction again. The best properties in my opinion are obtained during the temperature of about 10-20 ° C. They drain the water well, and when wet slides "try to regain the grip." It's all a matter of a rather soft mixture, so the tyres "disappear" in no time, but they offer grip in almost any condition. The hard sides of the tire make the car more stable.
