In general, I'm satisfied. Sporadic problems with wet traction when accelerating, but perhaps this is due to a light load (usually no more than 300 kg). After 10 000 km, there are no signs of wear.

I live and work in Denmark where it rains almost all the time. I have to say that Uniroyal RAIN MAX 2 performs great in this kind of weather. I can drive even when highway is covered with the water, not too fast of course but it is possible to drive constantly forward when other vehicles have some bigger problems. When the road is dry it seems like tyres are a little bit louder but grip is still good. I have them more than a year now and it looks like tread can wear off bit too fast but it is too early to judge. I have not noticed any difference in the fuel consumption. For now I can recommend to all drivers.

Really good tyres for dry and especially wet roads. It never happened to skid even during the heavy rain. I had no problems to maintain control of the vehicle during testing the racetrack for school. Uniroyal RAIN MAX 2 is on the high level compared to the other middle class brands. One of the best for sure. I have used some premium class brands previously but I have not noticed too big difference in quality or driving comfort. Price is main difference of course. I can highly recommend this tyre model.

Before the Uniroyal RAIN MAX 2 I had fitted previous model Rainmax 1 on my Volvo 240. One of the best tyres I have ever used. Grip is good on wet and dry and also during fast driving. It is especially impressive how this tyre performs in the rain. It gives you a lot of confidence on the road and makes you feel safe as a driver. Of course I can't say that it is completely safe in the heavy rain but for sure this tyre is better than the most other brands. Fuel consumption is on the normal level. I would recommend for anyone.
