As a long term fan of the rainsport on other cars I am sad that I just can't recommend these tyres in place of the standard BMW runflats. The sidewalls are just far too soft even on the XL rated tyres and I now have no confidence really pushing the car because I'm never really quite sure how it is going to behave. Fast changes of direction are a no no. They're fine if you just want to go to the shops and back but if you actually want the car to feel good when pressing on then stay away. I won't be buying these for this car again. One good thing I can say is that they are excellent in the rain as always, I had no slides or aquaplaning in heavy standing water (6.5mm tread on the tyres at that time).
