Translation

I bought 4 pieces two years ago. The first winter by ok but there was no frost and mounted carefully. The second winter is already true drama especially in water, and is known in Polish conditions, it is not difficult winter on wet roads ... I tow two wheels during acceleration and speed change 2 - is this normal?
