I bought these tyres after reading quite positive reviews. Until now, I had been driving on summer and winter tyres, and I bought these to try them out. They grip well on dry surfaces, but you can hear them quite clearly. Unfortunately, on wet surfaces, the tyres slip like worn summer tyres on snow. I haven't tested them in winter yet, but I suspect that since they struggle on wet surfaces, they will be like ice skates on snow or ice.

Used in various conditions, including winter, no complaints, good grip, relatively quiet, and considering the favourable price, I can definitely recommend these tyres. I rate them higher than the Westlake winter tyres I used before.
