Avon tyres originate from The United Kingdom. The company's history starts in the end of the 19th century. In 1997 the brand became a part of the American Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. 235/65 R16 Tyres

235/65 R16 tyres are installed mainly in delivery vehicles. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall where it is provided in a form of a string of numbers and a letter. The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre and it is provided in millimetres. In the case of the 235/65 R16 tyre it is 235 mm. The second number equals the tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width. Here it is 65% out of 235 mm. The last number constitutes the diameter of the wheel rim (provided in inches) on which the 235/65 R16 tyre should be installed. The "R" in the tyre's size denotes its radial construction.
