I bought Pilot Sports for the first time - for a car meant for fun - after about 2,000 kilometres of calm driving I started testing the tyre - and yes, on a dry surface the tyre starts to stick nicely, but only after it has warmed up - and then its performance is at its best - the tyre also does not lose its performance despite increasing and continuous loads - it behaves here like an old original Toyo. However, I am most satisfied with the Michelin when tested in rainy conditions - here lies the superiority of this tyre - it disperses the water very well and retains traction. I have a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 5 in two sizes and have currently driven 5 thousand km on them. I am absolutely satisfied and can recommend them with a clear conscience. The roads stick, like glued, both dry and wet pavement. They drain water in an exemplary way. Previous ones, also branded, but from another company on large puddles flew, and Michelins hold the track. They are quiet and do not make noise. Michelin Pilot Sport 5 are ideal tyres for people who drive dynamically. The nicest tyres on the market. They protect the rim rims very well. Premium properties, they perform well in all conditions. I have the impression that it makes little difference to them whether dry or wet. I have yet to feel them lose grip, even in heavy rain. Cheap they are not, but really worth the price.
