These tyre has both advantages and disadvantages. If you have more than 6mm tread left, it is very good. The grip is astonishing. Driving is really comfortable even in the most demanding weather conditions. It is simply sensational in wet. You can cut puddles like a razor and aquaplaning doesn’t occur. Even when you are driving aggressively in the rain, the tyres behave like they were sticked to the road. Braking on wet surfaces is simple and safe. Tyre size 225/60 consitutes another advantage because the high profile contributes to higher comfort on the road. When they are worn out, their performance changes. It is an obvious thing beacuse this rule applies to all tyres on the market. After two seasons I had about 5.3mm of tread left and they still were behaving very well, especially in dry conditions, while braking. They are premium tyres so they must be good. Obviously, they are not cheap but they aren’t the most expensive tyres too. Even after doing significant mileage driving through puddles doesn’t cause problems and there is still no aquaplaning. The only thing is that the price could be a bit lower. In conclusion, the tyres are worth being recommended. They are doing their job better in lighter cars. They are quite durable and they look good.

I recommend tires, as I wrote above, I would have bad luck when it comes to the fact that, during the two years that I caught a puncture in two different tires. Father is the same and there are no such problems. Best Regards.

Tires in the price are recommendable superb behave in water and wet drainage. A little too much noise above 110 km, but it is bearable. Wear too quickly to change after moderate driving 80000. Successful purchase, I recommend it.

Przejeździłem summer on the continent and I can recommend it to everyone, I compare the Bridgestone, Pirelli, dunlopów and these are better. Running throughout the summer, and I never felt the nervousness in the pipe, always predictable. Good tires.

Without significant reserves. Deep grooves and the central path of the water is low aquaplaning. Noise reduces the asymmetry cuts bearing. Good results at different temperatures. The only caveat - some specimens require a strong balance, but then they hear (not feel) more noise, throbbing, which can interfere with the very quiet car. Such a tire I went, the wheels must balance each kilometer of eight to ten thousand to avoid surprises. Appearance of the tire is OK, as upscale. In general, I recommend!

Well hold on a sharp turn. It is terribly wet slips. Less humid which keeps evil and quickly wear out. Overall, I would not recommend in economic terms.

I bought it in 2007 for a Passat with a 1.6 100 HP engine. Back then my odometer clocked about 60 000. Today, in August 2010 I have about 4 mm of tread, and about 120,000 on the meter. It's time for replacement. I drove only in the season. More distance was done in the summer, and I think I drove between 35,000 and 45,000 miles. I don't know if it's a good result. During that time, only once I drove on the nail and after patching everything is OK. Apart from that was no mechanical damage. As for me, they are a little too loud, and they were from the beginning. The rest is fine. Now, however, when the tread has worn off, it's very easy to get into aquaplaning and skid when braking in the wet. That's why I have to look for new tyres. I'm looking for something else. I think it's because of the noise they generate. I don't know what I'll get, maybe the next ones will be quieter.

Welcome. Porzednio mounted on Pirelli 6000 and unfortunately I do not have to buy these tires. Very noisy, with high attrition, strange behavior on the water, often with the use of ABS. These disadvantages with these tires / 19000. km / remark not much.
