Maybe they are not the best tires in the world, but a small autkiem of quiet ride (from Seicento 900) excellent without reservation. I will not hide when selecting guided by the price - I think the value for money is very optimistic. In addition to the very convinced by my previous experience with this tire prices because what is true for the evaluated included driving a little, but I had already mounted Debica Passio (nearly 100'000km) without any problems. Passio recommend to those looking for budget tires and does not work "normally".
