I decided on tyres due to my 'lack of love' for run flat solutions. The choice in sizes 245/45/19 front and 275/40/19 rear is severely limited. The tyres are certainly soft and damping well. Due to the size they are not very quiet, but compared to the Sportmax they seem quieter and the ride comfort is higher.

I chose my tyres on the basis of the letters and dB on the sticker, as well as the look, price and prestige of the brand. And it was a very good choice. The tyre is indeed quiet and has superb grip. My car weighs over 1600 kg and on these tyres (235/45R17) it drives superbly.

A few words about this tyre. Lateral hold in corners - firm, predictable. Very good comfort - especially important with the 45 profile, the tyre does not "float". No noise - the warmer it is, the quieter it gets ;-) The only drawback is the 6.5 mm tread... new(?). manufacture: made in Germany

The tyres hold up fantastically in the dry and wet. Given the dry summer and the infrequency of driving in the rain, what they presented during braking I would rate as a 5. However, these were not emergencies. They are very quiet. I highly recommend.
