Since mounting these winter tires (November 2015), we had some snow, but when it did snow, the tires performed really well. Class C usually struggled even in the shallow snow with summer tires Dunlop but there was no problem with these Pirellis. It does not seem to be no compromise on performance or fuel economy, and there is no significant increase in tire noise. I would definitely buy again.

Mounted Pirelli SottoZero Serie 3 in the size of 255/45/19 in 2014. In the beginning of winter in March 2015 I've had almost 10,000 miles covered and I am happy with these tyres. When mounting and balancing maximum weight that was used was 15 grams, I do not feel vibration or anything like that. With Dynamic acceleration (350 hp) I didn't experience any skidding on either dry or wet. It is difficult to assess the benefits of winter tires on snow and ice that winter 2014/2015 was exceptionally mild for drivers and therefore couldn't have had any real issues. The car handles very well, but it can also be the due to A8 D4 and air suspension, though, even in fast tight turns and fast is not necessary to expect to correct the track. Pirelli SottoZero Serie 3 are so good that you couldn't see the ABS being active.

Ghiacchiate on roads (-20 °) and dry (to ca 10 °) I found a good grip on asphalto. The falls of wet or fresh snow, I had some problems in the sense that I felt when braking rubber skating a moment. But QMC convinced me and in fact, I have been ordered to Pirelli tires.
