285/45 R19 Tyres

The tyres in size 285/45 R19 are installed in SUV and sports cars. Number 285 in the size label is the exact tyre's tread width (in millimetres). The next number is concerned with the tyre's profile height (which amounts 45% out of 285 millimetres of the tyre's tread width). The "R" before the last number means the tyre has been produced in accordance with the radial technology. Number 19 at the end of the size is the exact determination of a diameter of the wheel's rim (in inches) on which the tyre in size 285/45 R19 can be installed.
