215/75 R15 Tyres

215/75 R15 tyres are installed in many different types of cars: passenger cars, 4x4s and delivery vehicles. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall where it is provided in a form of a string of signs. These signs are numbers and a letter which denotes the tyre's type of construction ("R" - radial). The first number expresses in millimetres the tyre's tread width. The second number equals the tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width (in the case of the 215/75 R15 tyre it is 75% out of 215 mm).
