Tigar is a brand from Serbia. The company dates back to 1935, when it was associated with the local shoe market. Only in 1959, they began to produce car tyres. Tigar works with the French company, Michelin. As a result, they have gained access to state-of-the-art technology, which has affected its growing presence on the market. Tigar manufactures tyres for passenger cars, vans, trucks and agricultural vehicles.

215/55 R16 tyres are installed in passenger cars. The size of the tyre can be seen on its side. It is presented with the help of strings of numbers and a letter which denotes the type of tyre construction ("R" - radial construction).
