185/60 R12 tyres are produced with the smallest of passenger cars in mind. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall in a form of a string of signs. The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre, in this case 185 millimetres. The second number equals the 185/60 R12 tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width (80% out of the 145 mm of tread width).
