Toyo is an answer to the needs of drivers who expect excellent performance from their tyres and safe driving, regardless of the weather. Although Toyo is the youngest of the major Japanese brands, it quickly gained recognition beyond Japan and has gained the trust of users over the world.

These summer tyres, winter tyres and all-season tyres don’t only offer superior performance, but also safety in all conditions. Irrespective of whether you are commuting to work or going on a long holiday tour with your family, Toyo won't let you down.

This Japanese company's product line includes tyres for passenger cars, lorries and delivery vans, which are valued not only by drivers, but also by specialists at magazines and automotive organisations that perform seasonal tests. If you value safety the most, but at the same time don't want to resign from dynamic driving, regardless of the type of surface and weather, Toyo will meet your expectations.

Interesting facts:

Toyo was founded on the basis of Hirano Rubber Manufacturing, which was established in 1943.

The exact name of the company is Toyo Gomu Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha. "Gomu Kogyo" means "tyre company", while "Kabushiki Kaisha" means "joint stock company".

In addition to tyres, Toyo factories also produce rubber products for industry, rubber car parts, components for car seats and sports articles.

This brand became very popular among drivers thanks to its Proxes series, made popular in part thanks to the film "The Fast and the Furious".

The Toyo Tire & Rubber Company comprises well over a dozen branches located all over the world, including the USA, China, Canada, Russia, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Italy.

    Toyo Open Country A/T plus 215/75 R15

I did not notice the negatives of this tire. Everything is ok. I drive the fastest around 120km / h and the tire behaves well. When I get into a light area, there are no problems. Previously, I had tires 70% road, 30% off-road. They were too hard on the road. It was impossible to brake with the trailer. And they were also loud. Toyo are perfect for my needs, good for the road and able to cope in light terrain. They are also inexpensive. I will probably buy them again. More >

    Toyo Proxes T1 Sport SUV 235/60 R18

I have used these on my Volvo XC60 for the last three years, and I had them fitted to my Lexus Rx300 prior to that (4 years). They are in my view a good choice of tyre, and they are nicely priced. They look every bit as good as the more expensive brands - but having never used the more expensive brands, I cannot legitimately compare performances. Suffice to say, that the Toyo Tyres have served me very well over a number of years now on both my 4 X 4 vehicles. More >

    Toyo NanoEnergy3 165/70 R14

Excellent tires, I tried Dębica, Barum, Fulda and I was trying to go to Yokohama this season. Unfortunately, the increase in tire prices forced me to look for an alternative. I found UniRoyal RainExpert and NanoEnergy tires from Toyo on the OPONEO website. I searched the tire tests for quite a long time and I will say that Toyo is comparable to Yokohama. I was looking for a compromise, Toyo positively assess abroad, little opinion about her in Poland. As for Uniroyal, the rainy weather is one of the best, while on dry surfaces and abrasion falls much worse, 6 out of 10 is a bit low for a mid-range tire. I took a chance and took Toyo NanoEnergy tires, if summer Yokohama were within PLN More > 170 as it was winter time, I would probably choose Yokohama. Well, unfortunately I had other expenses waiting so I gave up paying almost PLN 80 for each Yokohama tire. Impressions from using Toyo NanoEnergy tires are very positive. After the last trip: Hel - Wieluń, Wieluń-Hel, I say that the comfort of driving the car has improved significantly, noticeable less rolling resistance and lower noise levels than my previous tires (Barum, Fulda). I also weighed the lower fuel consumption. It holds well both on wet and dry surfaces. The Japanese producer has tried his best. Also for those willing to buy a good tire I honestly recommend TOYO NanoEnergy, Yokohama class, for a much lower price.
